  1. Pracownia Muzyczna Drukarnia Studio (dalej „Pracownia”) jest przestrzenią stworzoną do pracy muzycznej i umożliwia Klientom organizację prób muzycznych, spotkań, nagrań audio i wideo, koncertów i eventów z gośćmi (dalej: „Próba”). Inne zastosowanie Pracowni powinno być uzgodnione z jej obsługą.

  2. Na terenie Pracowni i całego obiektu, w którym znajduje się Pracownia obowiązuje zakaz palenia wyrobów tytoniowych, e-papierosów i innych używek. Za złamanie zakazu obowiązuje kara wysokości 100 zł.

  3. Na terenie pracowni dbamy o porządek – po każdej Próbie prosimy o posprzątanie po sobie. Śmieci prosimy wyrzucać do kosza zlokalizowanego przy wyjściu z Pracowni.

  4. Rezerwacja Pracowni następuje przez kontakt z jej obsługą za pomocą telefonu, SMS lub maila. Rezerwacja jest możliwa jedynie w jednostkach jednej godziny (na jedną, dwie, trzy, itd. godziny).

  5. Za próbę należy uiścić opłatę przed jej zakończeniem, zgodnie z Cennikiem.

  6. Próbę można odwołać bezkosztowo na maksymalnie 48 godzin przed umówionym terminem. W przypadku odwołania Próby w czasie pomiędzy 48 a 24 godziną przed umówionym terminem konsekwencją jest poniesienie opłaty równej połowy wartości zamówionej Próby. W przypadku odwołania Próby na mniej niż 24 godziny przed jej rozpoczęciem należy uiścić opłatę wysokości całej wartości zamówionej Próby.

  7. Odwołanie Próby należy zgłosić telefonicznie lub za pomocą SMS na numer kontaktowy Pracowni.

  8. Zmiana terminu Próby może być dokonana na tych samych warunkach co jej odwołanie (patrz punkty: 4. i 5.)

  9. Na próbę przychodzimy chwilę przed umówioną godziną. Czas Próby liczymy od godziny, na którą została umówiona.    O ewentualnych spóźnieniach prosimy informować telefonicznie.

  10. Czas podłączenia sprzętu do nagłośnienia oraz jego instalacja jest wliczona w czas Próby.

  11. Przed końcem Próby należy przewidzieć czas na spakowanie sprzętu i przywrócenie Pracowni do jej wejściowego stanu. Przekroczenie umówionej godziny może skutkować dodatkowymi opłatami.

  12. Spożywanie jedzenia i napojów jest możliwe jedynie w dedykowanych do tego miejscach (stolik/kanapa). Zakazane jest spożywanie oraz trzymanie żywności i napojów na instrumentach i sprzętach muzycznych.

  13. Obsługa Pracowni nie odpowiada za pozostawiony po Próbie sprzęt i rzeczy osobiste.

  14. Nie jest dozwolone użytkowanie sprzętu znajdującego się w Pracowni bez zgody obsługi. Sprzęt podłącza i włącza tylko obsługa Pracowni.

  15. Uszkodzenie sprzętu z przyczyny niewłaściwego korzystania z niego wiąże się z koniecznością poniesienia kosztów jego naprawy przez Klienta.

  16. W przypadku zauważenia zniszczenia sprzętu Klient jest zobowiązany do natychmiastowego powiadomienia obsługi Pracowni. W przeciwnym wypadku może zostać obciążony kosztami jego naprawy.

  17. W przypadku organizacji przez Klienta koncertu/live sesji z uczestnictwem gości, za szkody wyrządzone przez gości odpowiada Klient.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Drukarnia Studio Pracownia Muzyczna (hereinafter: 'Studio') is a space created for musical work and allows Clients to organise music rehearsals, meetings, audio and video recordings, concerts and events with guests (hereinafter: 'Rehearsal'). Other uses of the Studio should be agreed with the Studio staff.

  2. Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes and other drugs is prohibited on the areas of the Studio and the entire facility where the Studio is located. A fine of PLN 100 applies for breaking the ban.

  3. We keep the Studio area tidy - please clean up after each Rehearsal. Please dispose of rubbish in the bin located by the exit from the Studio.

  4. Booking a Studio is done by contacting the staff by phone, SMS or e-mail. Booking is only possible in units of one hour (for one, two, three, etc. hours).

  5. The rehearsal must be paid for before the rehearsal, in accordance with the Price List.

  6. A Rehearsal may be cancelled at no cost up to 48 hours before the agreed time. If the Rehearsal is cancelled between 48 and 24 hours before the agreed time, the consequence is that a fee equal to half the value of the booked Rehearsal is charged. If the Rehearsal is cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of the Rehearsal, a fee equal to the entire value of the booked Rehearsal must be paid.

  7. Cancellation of the Rehearsal must be notified by telephone or text message to the Studio's contact number.

  8. The Rehearsal may be rescheduled on the same conditions as the cancellation (see points (4) and (5)).

  9. We come to the rehearsal a moment before the agreed time. We count the time of the Rehearsal from the time at which it was arranged.  Please inform us by phone if you are going to be late.

  10. The time of connecting the equipment to the sound system and its installation is included in the rehearsal time.

  11. Before the end of the Rehearsal, please allow time to pack up the equipment and return the Studio to its entrance condition. Exceeding the agreed time may result in additional charges.

  12. Consumption of food and drinks is only possible in dedicated areas (table/couch). Eating and keeping food and drinks on instruments and musical equipment is prohibited.

  13. The staff of the Studio is not responsible for equipment and personal belongings left behind after the Rehearsal.

  14. It is not permitted to use equipment in the Studio without the permission of the staff. Equipment is only connected and switched on by the Studio staff.

  15. Damage to equipment due to misuse will incur the cost of repair by the Client.

  16. If the Customer notices damage to the equipment, he/she is obliged to notify the staff of the Studio immediately. Otherwise, he/she may be charged for its repair.

  17. If the Client organises a concert/live session with the participation of guests, the Client is responsible for any damage caused by the guests.
